In addition to delivering much-needed affordable housing, The Heartwood will feature a new 17,500-square-foot library designed to serve children, teens, and families through dynamic, flexible spaces. With a double-height adult reading room, modern technology, and a range of multipurpose meeting and study areas, the new library will be a lasting civic asset for the West Bronx for generations to come.
