Improvements are scheduled to be completed with tenants “in place,” aside from accessibility retrofits, and include roof and window replacements, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, exterior façade repairs, new common areas, elevator replacements, full kitchen and bathroom renovations, and painting of all units.
